Privacy Is Important To Everyone
Brookdale Plastics, Inc. (BPI), understands the importance of privacy. Therefore, our privacy policy covers information that may be collected by Brookdale Plastics during your interaction with our website. This page will inform you of what type of information we may collect, how it will be used, if it will be disclosed and to whom.

Your Privacy

There are essentially two situations in which BPI collects information about you. The first relates to projects for which you may wish us to issue a quote or design and manufacture a product. In such situations, you voluntarily provide to BPI information that is necessary to answer questions or formulate a project bid. Such information may include technical and specific information about your products, your manufacturing processes, and your sales and marketing requirements including images, drawings, trademarked or copyrighted digital images and logos. BPI may also require contact information that may include names, email addresses, phone numbers and company addresses.

In addition to the information that you actively provide to BPI as discussed above, BPI also collects information about how you interact with our Web site ("Passive Information"). Certain non-identifying information is collected by our website for the sole purpose of improving the site and helping us to understand our users to better address their information needs. This is done by tracking user movements through the site and collecting general demographic information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service providers (ISP), entering and exiting pages, and dates and times. BPI may also track how you interact with our website by assigning a random string of numbers and characters to your session. Passive information does not identify you to BPI by name, and BPI does not link your IP address to your personal information.

In addition, BPI uses a "cookie" based data collection paradigm in certain areas of our Web site. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and other laws have been established to protect the privacy of minors. BPI abides by all federal and state laws and guidelines regarding youth privacy. As such, BPI will not knowingly collect any personal information from young people under the age of 18, unless BPI provides notice that such information is being collected and obtains verifiable parental and/or employer consent.

While this website has been assembled for the purpose of informing, educating and serving our clients, the information and images on this site are protected by applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other restrictive covenants and/or agreements and, therefore, may not be copied, downloaded, printed or used without the express permission of BPI. The Internet is full of useful information and Brookdale may supply links from our site to other sites that we believe may be helpful to you. Changes to our privacy policy
From time to time, we may change our privacy policies. If we make a change, it will not affect the choices you have made about any information you gave us before that change. Any changes will be reflected in an updated privacy statement that will be posted on our Web Sites

Governing Law
The laws of the state of Minnesota shall govern any dispute involving BPI's privacy policy.

Due to the existing regulatory environment, BPI cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
